30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to contact us.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email us at gabolausau@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the item back.

Order not received

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll issue a full refund or ship a new one.

Change of mind

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything and we'll give you the return address. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons, tape that has been used or cut cannot be returned unless it is defective.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. How long it takes to show in your account depends on your bank or PayPal.
